Rejuvenating with Purpose Ministry, Inc. was founded by Venus C. Mundy on July 26, 2022. Venus has been passionate about building others up spiritually, mentally, and emotionally since she was 12 years old, using her talents as a musician, skilled vocalist, choir director, and teacher of the word of God. Mundy graduated from Cincinnati Christian University with a Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies and Business Management.
In 2014, a small group of ministers from her home church asked Venus to sing and teach the word of God at a local nursing home. She eagerly accepted the invitation and discovered a new calling to use her gifts in nursing homes.
Every first Sunday of the month, Venus enjoyed singing and bringing forth the word of God at the Indian Spring Nursing Home, and the residents eagerly looked forward to hearing her sing and singing along with her. However, COVID-19 put an end to her passionate journey. Venus was deeply saddened when she could no longer minister in the nursing homes due to a halt in all visitations. Upon her return, she noticed that the residents seemed hopeless and disengaged. As she inquired about other nursing homes, she found out that the same dark cloud had invaded many more nursing homes. This triggered a righteous indignation within her, and she knew something needed to be done to bring back hope, joy, and peace to all nursing homes. She understood her passion was great, yet the call to serve the masses was too big for her to do alone, so she established and founded Rejuvenating with Purpose Ministry Inc. This organization is filled with gifted and talented people who have dedicated their lives to giving back to the senior citizen community.
Adria M. Maples
Vice President, Treasurer
Adria M. Maples is a devoted wife to Douglas L. Maples and a proud mother of five children, as well as a cherished grandmother to four. She currently serves as the Director of Residential Services at Walk of Joy LLC, where she is dedicated to empowering her staff and those under her care to reach their full potential in accordance with God’s will. Adria is committed to using her talents and abilities to serve her loved ones, friends, and all those she encounters. She is an active member of Kingdom of God Church in Fairfield. During her free time, Adria enjoys providing support to those in her inner circle, spending quality time with her family and friends, and pursuing various leisure activities.
Diane D. Orr
Executive Secretary
Diane D. Orr is a devoted wife and mother of four, with the added joy of being grandmother to nine cherished grandchildren. After retiring from her secular occupation in 2009, Diane felt called by a higher power to utilize her exceptional skills in service and altruism towards her loved ones, her community, and her faith. As an active member of Peace Baptist Church in Avondale, she has demonstrated her unwavering commitment to various ministries. With a passion for culinary arts, physical fitness, cinema, and compassion, Diane takes great pleasure in nurturing and supporting those around her.
